Nate Bryant is a second generation earthwork contractor whose father Rusty Bryant continues to operate locally. Nate spent most of his childhood around his father’s equipment, even with notable memories of helping run the loader and excavator as young as 8 years old. Nate teamed up with long time friend Cameron Creamer in fall of 2023 to run some of Cameron’s excavation projects and the idea came about to start Bryant Earthworks together. Nate and Cameron got their official start in commercial construction at Hagar Enterprises where the two worked for many years. Eventually, Cameron left Hagar to start working for Medomak Construction, a custom home builder and remodeling company that Cameron now owns. Nate also moved on from Hagar to work for Prock Marine doing marine construction and running equipment up to 95 Tons in Operating weight. Collectively, they have 20+ Years of Earthwork experience.
